The Regional TB-HIV Support Network, Inc. (RTHSN) also known as LAKAN, which operates Lakan Community Center and Primary HIV Care Clinic is committed to prevent the spread of HIV and TB in Central Luzon. LAKAN is a community leader that supports a growing number of community-based organization (CBOs) and Support Groups in Region 3, and working collaboratively with government partners in Pampanga in the tri-city area of Angeles, Mabalacat, and San Fernando. RTHSN provides technical assistance in localization of differentiated service delivery strategies, operational support, and manpower to six CBOs across Central Luzon, and three government partner sites in Pampanga.
